A Descriptive Comparison of Pharmacists’ Perceptions of Quality Metrics in Various Outpatient/Community Pharmacy Practice Settings in California
The purpose of this study is to describe quality metrics in various outpatient pharmacy settings and pharmacists’ perceptions of these metrics within California. This study is being done by the California Pharmacy Student Leadership (CAPSLead) team from the University of California (UC) San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

You have been asked to participate in this study because you represent our target population, pharmacists across California. Your participation in this study is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time by exiting the survey. There are minimal risks related to participating in this study.

The entire survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time. It can be completed by clicking on the link below or by copying and pasting it into a browser.
