Pharmacists’ Perception & Willingness to Counsel Patients on Direct-to-Consumer Genomic Testing
The purpose of this study is to evaluate pharmacists’ perception on OTC genomic risk assessment, the roles of pharmacists in counseling on direct-to-consumer genomic testing, and the practicality of incorporating genomic risk assessment in the community pharmacy setting.
Participation in this survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes. The survey is anonymous and your responses will be kept confidential.

A Descriptive Comparison of Pharmacists’ Perceptions of Quality Metrics in Various Outpatient/Community Pharmacy Practice Settings in California
The purpose of this study is to describe quality metrics in various outpatient pharmacy settings and pharmacists’ perceptions of these metrics within California. This study is being done by the California Pharmacy Student Leadership (CAPSLEAD) team from the University of California (UC) San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
You have been asked to participate in this study because you represent our target population, pharmacists across California. Your participation in this study is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time by exiting the survey. There are minimal risks related to participating in this study.

USC School of Pharmacy Opioid Epidemic Research
You are invited to participate in an online survey conducted by students from the USC School of Pharmacy that are engaged in a research project as part of a California-wide Pharmacy Student Leadership Conference (CAPSLEAD). This research study aims to explore the intersection of pharmacists, community engagement groups, and law enforcement officers as they relate in combating the opioid epidemic.
