 NABP e-Profile & CPE Monitor

We require your NABP e-Profile ID to ensure that your Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) credits are properly recorded in the CPE Monitor system. The NABP number allows us to report your completed CE directly to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), which ensures compliance with licensure requirements. Without a registered NABP number, we cannot guarantee that your CE credits will be properly documented for license renewal.

  1. Visit www.MyCPEmonitor.net.
  2. Register for an NABP e-Profile ID.
  3. Provide your NABP e-Profile ID and birth date (MMYY) when claiming CE credit.

It can take up to 48 hours for your credits to appear.

CPE Monitor is a system that tracks and stores your Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) credits. Your NABP e-Profile ID links your completed ACPE-accredited CE to CPE Monitor, ensuring your credits are properly recorded and reported for licensure renewal.

  1. The provider submits your CPE claim to ACPE.
  2. ACPE transmits your data to NABP.
  3. Your information appears in the CPE Monitor section of your e-Profile.
    • Providers have up to 60 days to submit claims.
  • ACPE accredits professional pharmacy degree programs and CPE providers.
  • CPhA (#0113) is an ACPE-accredited provider.
  • Some boards of pharmacy and PTCB may accept ACPE-accredited CE for license renewal.
  • Check with your respective board for eligibility.
  • “P” – Pharmacist-level content.
  • “T” – Pharmacy Technician-level content.
  • Technicians may take “P” designated courses but should verify acceptability with their certifying board.
