Learning Objectives

At the completion of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Summarize the new cannabis laws that came into effect on January 01, 2018, pursuant to the passage of California Proposition 64, the California Marijuana Legalization Initiative.
  • Hypothesize all potential enforcement actions against California licensed pharmacists who use or distribute cannabis.
  • Evaluate the regulatory risks and benefits to using or distributing cannabis in California to a licensed pharmacist.
