CPhA is dedicated to advocating for all pharmacists in the State of California in the Legislature. Through our lobbyist, Kathy Lynch, we play an active and crucial role at the Capitol in protecting the interests of the profession of pharmacy. We help to educate the Legislators on the importance of the role that pharmacists play in the overall health care of patients.

Through various collaborations such as with UPNI, United Drugs, NCPA, CSHP and others, we work hard to provide a unified voice and get YOUR message across. In addition to our affiliations, CPhA has a Legislative Committee which is the vehicle for providing direction on the stand CPhA takes on the various bills introduced each year.
